Sarah started training with TKO at the age of 19. She wanted to get into fitness so decided to give kickboxing a try. Her passion for it quickly grew, training weekly and soon gaining belts. After a 3 year break raising her daughter she was eager to get back to training.

Sarah also enjoys fighting and has done 4 charity boxing fights and 3 full contact bouts. She has been teaching the Little Kickers and Junior Classes at Maidstone for nearly 4 years.

She gained her firts black belt in November 2024 which was a very proud moment for her.
