This class is aimed at beginners to the more experienced MMA.
MMA will teach self-defence skills, which builds confidence and self-assurance. It will build strength, promote weight loss, keep you in tip top condition not to mention focus the mind and relieve stress.
During classes you are able to work on ground work drills in the fully padding gym and striking from stand up.
All members can if they wish progress from pads work drill to sparring and build a close friendship group.
